I've been having issues with the pen not being able to drag windows, highlight text, or anything dealing with keeping a left-click held. Reverting, settings changes, nothing really did much, until I disabled Windows Ink.
Windows Ink does not play nicely with Wacom drivers in general, as far as I know, and should probably be disabled anyway. However, I posted this here in the event that anyone has the same issues I did. I use an Intuos Pro, the option can be found in the Wacom options under Pen properties, then Mapping. Good luck!
I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, a Wacom Intuos 5 tablet and Windows 10. I am unable to put pressure on my pen to get thicker paint lines. I clicked on the menu icon that should let me do that with no luck.
